			<description><![CDATA[ For some strange reason we&#39;ve been letting people remort after each new character.  That was a mistake.  Your mulligan remort is only applicable after your
very first time playing, not after every character you make.

The idea behind the remort was to allow a brand new player to screw up and make mistakes without any permanent damage.  Experinced players should know better. 
This will be the last event we will allow a remort for any experinced player.

			<description><![CDATA[ <p>We&#39;re having a bit of an issue with a good number of players using way more non UW lore then realistically possible.  I&#39;ve personally run into a
number of scenes where we use a little bit of traditional real world lore only to have a player search a wiki (non UW wiki) and come back sprouting it as
god&#39;s gospel truth.  There are some problems with that.</p>
