This event was an amazing one. I'm really glad I could make it out.
Pros: - "RUN! RUN 'TIL YOU DIE!!" XD We love you Weasel ^_^ - Getting make-up'd as a Ghoul - Belt's reaction as I got all in her face, heckling her, trying to get her to attack me - Going out as my Undead Witch Hunter, hunting down a few PC's before going after my target. - The various colour glowing eye hats. Thanks Star for making them ^_^ - Sunday Morning hilarity, provided by Puff XD - Calling "No Effect" to a lot of attacks through out the event. I've never felt so powerful while LARPing before 
Cons: - Having a "leak proof" tent, leak on me Friday night >_> - Being told by Gifford, during the World Tree mod, that the Undead were recalled a while back, after arriving at the Log Cabin XD oops lol Way too much to remember, but these were the highlights for me. More may come, if I remember |

-I got to bury someone alive. -I don't have to by Michelle a horse!(tied to above, being successful). -Chicken Noodle soup, Steak and mashed....mmmmm Con's -I have blisters on my heels. -Carrying stuff out, and the amount of garbage I have to ditch tomorrow. |

Pros
-Droz successfully burried someone alive. YAY for successful building by Droz and Murphy! Cons -Murphy actually let himself be burried alive. (I thought I was going to puke watching the PCs dig him up. Time must have slowed down for me. Felt like it took them an hour to uncover the coffin. omg) More will come later.

- best "last mod" evarz. Cohesive and organized waves of attackers with strategic objectives and a tactically interesting battlefield (the henge)? Sign me up! The Ishmael fight had some of that too, but I found this one far more satisfying. - RP. So much awesome RP of all flavours. Lilly, The Military Salamander, Alirun, Kal, Dark Terratora (did I get that right?), Ringwe, Arthureon (great fun even when butting heads), Sigfried, Sheyrune, The Stray (mute Savar), the Banshee, the creepy creepy organs-merchant, a whole bunch of really awesome and evocative undead, Kheired Din, Nomad, and others. - The Pure of Heart mod. The mod itself was brilliantly designed (though I have some OOG philosophical issues with it), amazingly fun to work through, and all the people there were awesome. Sigfried, I think we would have failed right there on the first test if it wasn't for you. Sheyrune, you've been a true friend to me and I count (well, counted) you as one of Munin's four most trusted friends. Caleb, your quick thinking saved the day in the Spellstrike-Harm room. Olaf, I've given you reason to be suspicious of Munin specifically, and your show of faith in the Life-Trading room meant a lot to me. Baylee, whether you know it or not, your philosophic guidance from earlier events was a big part of Munin making it as far as he did. Brag, you've really proven yourself rapidly and deserved to succeed as much as anyone. If I've forgotten anybody, I blame post-LARP dementia. - Being surprisingly warm through most of it, despite not owning a single dry possession by Saturday morning. - Home. I will continue on with you if at all possible. FAILZ - Killing my own ankle repeatedly. Why do my ankles fail every time I don't wear sandles? - Getting chased by Senselifers every time I went to bring stuff to my tent, and then not having time to set it up before it started raining. - Wet socks. Nuff said. - I felt (rightly or wrongly) that several people were having massive metagaming in actions that made total sense OOG but seemed (to me) to be illogical and out of character going by (to my knowledge) the level of in-game information out there. I don't take it personally, and I've mixed IG and OOG information once or twice myself. Still, whether or not you think it happened this time, I'd like to remind people to really try to pay attention to that every time the IG and OOG knowledge differs. I'll give the benefit of the doubt... but we should all guard for that.

pros: Zombie Marcus Porter! itchy. tasty. crunch munch nom nom nom Saturday night was cozy That thing I did that time to that thing I thought was a warewolf. Munin in the darkness dragging bodies. Scared the bejeebers outta me. When the dolly skelly popped outta the bushes and I instantly ran so fast parts of my armor and weapons and gyro mask shattered and flew off me like Forrest Gump's magic legs. Awsome first time RP with Roland! Lawful good vs unlawful good. cons: Sunday morning suddenly a lot less cozy. When the dolly skelly dropped me. And the issue there was. ((Really sorry about that. Not 100% sure what happened, but if you feel like PM'ing me we can sort it out. : ) )) a lil of both. lol Lady liala hitting me in the junk with so much ice magic, I became a woman and died. msn : codename_caliber@yahoo.com

SO MUCH GOOD! So very little bad! The bad things are just little annoyances...so...not really bads o_0 Pros! - Landing most of my spells when I threw them. - Everyone being told they were a mob of angry farmers and Heather coming up beside me, hugging me from the side and whispering, 'except for you' and moving me up front lol I was terrified and amused at the same time. - Playing with the China Doll thingies and acting like a child. Spinny game with Nicole and being cuddly - The Order Mod, every part of it. Munin you bastard!!! lol <3 man, good on ya. I woulda done the saaaaaame thing. - Being an Undead Einher hanging from a tree ^-^ - Being a Ghosty Einher Child ^-^ Kiddy huddles and Olaff huggles ftw! - Greater Undead Sheyrune and Sigfried o_0 yeah, you heard me lol OMG soooo much fun! It's what ya get for not burning us dammit! - Scaring the Tavern Lady ((sorry I don't know yer name x_x)) as a wolf lol 'help' *giggle* - Giggling insanely as a ghoul. Did I do okay? >=D - Swarming the Henge with Undead thingies in the final mod of the weekend ^-^ - NPCing in general really, you guys that do it full time are hard core with all the things you have to remember and the energy it takes. Good grief! - lol the guy that was doing the Skeletor things, I don't know your name sir but you are hilarious. - Cory taking care of me with my failing chicken cooking escapades. Thanks for the patience man x_x Cons - Over exerting myself with not enough food, water or sleep the first night not a hour into game and being out the rest of the night -_- Coughing till puking is not fun at all.... - Getting dropped by a random encounter x_x boo doll skeleton thingies! - having brains contaminate my gloves x_x - Finalling (but if I hadn't most of the Pros wouldn't have happened soo...not so bad ^-^) - Sitting in the field in the cold for PCs to do stuffs so we could do stuffs....Poor NPCs do that a lot I think =( - Not having enough packets to destroy people with as Undead Shey, so sad hehe - Getting my monster stats confused x_x - Cracking someone in the jaw as a wolf and tossing a packet in someone's eye (even if it was an awesome shot lol) x_x so sorry again! - OH! and laughing and fighting is so hard! I totally have to work on my cardio and lung capacity x_x over all, OMG so much fun. I'm sore and am loving every second of it lol means I tried hard and had fun. <3 thanks to all the plot, proper npcs and cool pcs for the Rp and atmosphere ^-^ |

I am so jealous i was not there. I missed you all, and more importantly killing you guys. I have been hearing so much enthusiasm about this past weekend from
all the Players. I love the stories I am hearing. Good Job Plot Team!!! It sounds like you made another stellar Halloween event!!!

Hey! Was a great first event for me, and I was glad to have been there!
Pros: -I finally got to an event! -The Pantherghast attacking Porter and me & other newbie elves having to rush off all alone with no magic gear or ways to actually hurt most of the creatures led to very interesting shenanigans. -Some of the campfire chat was really good, and helped with character development! -The last mod of the weekend with waves and waves of undead attacking us and us holding them back was sweet - especially once we got blessings and I could hurt them. -Awesome roleplaying. -I lived through my first event (and halloween) without a single death OR armor breach (And was still in combat) O.o Cons: -There could have been a few more undead that us lowbies could actually hit. -On the couple kills I *did* get, my body searching got ninja'd before I could try to loot anything -There was little that happened saturday before sundown. Thoughts: -I need to being my own coffee mug, so I'm not sharing the same mug with everyone in porter with a minimum amount of possible washing. -Fix up and expand on my armor for my second game. |

Okay so lets give her a go now that I have had a nap.
Pros: - Starting off the halloween event chained to a wall, as I grew fangs and claws. I had so much fun with that RP, Gina and Amanda make a very scary combination but very awesome RP. Then having the people burst into the jail to rescue us and thinking that they are insane when they are saying there is two of us in the jail, even though Wolfgar and Sigfried could not see each other. - Acting as children as we fought the dolls for the brains, it was hilarious to steal the hat from Wolfgar and run around. Then having Nicole hit me for laughter and continue laughing while I ran from Wolfgar, I really did like the hat. - Joining in on the mob and scream for them to kill the two Dark Elves and then only to have it end and see Sheyrune with no head. Wasted no time running over to her and crying over her body and then later her head just reappearing. Sigfried was shocked yet happy. - Going on to the trial that Haster led us to, I was so excited and pumped. We did very well making it through all the trails with ease and resisting the urge of such beautiful weapons. *cries* But in the end there was one loose thread and we failed. No worries I still like you oog, but there was some amazing RP from everyone in there and was blast. Glad to have had that scene with you all, it was an awesome experiance. - Learning that Sigfried's and Sheyrune's bodies were not burned or disposed of was quite interesting, I did enjoy the out come of it. Having both Sigfried and Sheyrune walking around as undead was fun, and also buffing up are new found zombie (did an awesome job acting the zombie Sarah) - NPCing the Einher hanging from the tree was awesome. All of us coming down from the tree and watching the faces on everyone when we all started to berserk was great, then later on in the night playing the dead Einher orphans. Watching the play was quite entertaining and everyone played their part quite well. Fugly Freya was also quite funny and I could help but laugh, good job to you all on that part. - Playing a ghoul for the first time was awesome, I enjoyed doing the creepy laugh and then just charge into the crowd, also doing the massive charge of undead was awesome. - All in all there was very good RP on everyone's part and I had a blast spending All Hallows with you. - Oh and the best thing I heard all weekend was from Shbe: "There is no fucking rainbows on my halloween event!" Cons: - Forgot all my tags except for my warhammer this event - My leg being messed up wasn't that great and then falling and smashing my head off rocks three times! Nature hates me I swear. - Getting so close to something for my character only to die and failing to reach it by one small mistake was brutal. But it happens and still will have fun with my new character. - Waking up cold and finding a good portion of my clothing was wet because we missed a zipper and water poured in when it rained. Oh well at least I had spares.... just not the greatest looking for costuming. - Waiting for players to take the hook on Mods, jeez any other time they would be all over it. I enjoyed myself and look forward to the next halloween event. Thank you to Plot, NPCs and PCs for an event to remember

RP WAS SOOOOOO GOOD !!! finalling 10 min from rez haha i love it being a zombie and biteing wolfgar great rp between me ringwe and home playing with my trap box npcing malnen doll and wolfgar doll both where epic!!! meeting the new elves who are good at scouting! keep up the fast and quiet movement guys! cons: cold weather and rain but that couldent be avoided

Great event, lots of fun, got to spook a few people, and cause some mysteries
Pros: Tons of great RP, creepy noises, and a slow Pantherghast was actually incredibly intimidating Cons: My tent leaked, every caster was short on packets somehow, and none of us had a pen between us...and double spellstrike "nut shot" ... not fun |

Awesome event folks. What a way to end the season. I can't believe we actually buried a plot member alive. I'll never forget the faces of those players. For the record we had a good dozen safety precautions in place including a couple 2 way radio and set radio checks, breathing tubes for clean and dirty air, a crow bar in the coffin and a contingency plan of "Shawn never made it to the site, we never saw him, nobody dig here ever" in case things got really bad. Many things to Shawn for letting himself get buried, Shawn and Droz for making the coffin (UW has always needed one), the NPC team that helped dig Shawn in and out and finally Colin and the other helpful hands that helped dig the coffin outta the wet grave. That was just the start of weekend. Brains, creepy dolls, Wolfgar with boobs...it just got more awesome from there. I'll do a proper "thanks for the season" post shortly but for what it's worth now, thanks to everybody that made this event happen. Our
Halloween events are always cursed with problems and yet we always overcome. Most of all thanks to our players for braving the cold, the rain, and the chance
of death to have fun on Halloween and get the crap scared out of you.

Sprained my ankle on Friday. Arrived with the flu. Lost my wedding ring. Didn't get home until 10pm. Last event of an exhausting and challenging larp year.
Would do it all again, looking forward to next May. Good job, NPCs/Plot. |
